Azurite is the leadership development platform of Career Management Partners. It holds coaching records — session notes, assessment results, goals, survey responses and progress reports — for the engagements CMP delivers.

Who can see what

A coach sees only the leaders on their own roster. Practice administrators see engagements across the practice for oversight and reporting. Sponsors see organization-level progress that has been marked as shareable. Leaders see the material their coach has shared with them.

Assessment material

Uploaded assessment reports are stored privately and opened through short-lived, individually issued links. They are never published on a public web address.

Coaching confidentiality

Session notes are working coaching records. Sponsor-facing reporting shows themes, progress and outcomes rather than the contents of individual conversations.
